Slice the lemon in half and squeeze the juice directly on the stains.
Remove rust stains from concrete pavers.
The iron oxide is put into solution with the acid and then simply rinses away.
Treat the rust stains with lemon juice.
Repeat this step as needed.
Be careful using this acid and follow all instructions on the product label.
This is usually necessary when one paver or at most a few is severely damaged or stained.
For particularly stubborn stains rinse the acid away with a pressure washer.

Commercial laundries often use oxalic acid to remove rust stains from fabrics and it will really work well as it chemically reacts with the iron oxide in the concrete.
Liquid dish soap or laundry detergent will remove most oil stains on pavers.
Then scrub with a nylon bristle brush and rinse with hot water.
Make sure the surface is clean apply the rust remover or acid following the instructions and safety precautions on the bottle let it sit for five to 10 minutes then scrub and rinse.
It is quite easy to remove the paver fix the base as necessary add a new paver fill in with sand and compact if needed.
Spray the pavers with dish soap and water and then scrub away with a wire bristle brush to remove any remaining particles of dirt or stain.
The vinegar will have loosened and even removed some of the stain on its own but scrubbing will do the rest.
